Project Tracking System

ABOUT THE PROJECT TRACKING SYSTEM

The OPSC Project Tracking System is an application that allows you to access the project status information for school projects in our office. The information available includes various phases of the project and apportionment approval, fund release and category balances of the project.

If you have any questions regarding the project tracking data or if you notice any discrepancies between the data presented on this site and your data, please contact your project manager. For a list of project managers see the OPSC Directory of Services.

HOW TO USE THE PROJECT TRACKING SYSTEM

The Project Tracking System is available to the general public. You do not need a password to view project tracking data with this "read only" application. The application has separate search functions for both the School Facility Program (see below) and the Lease-Purchase Program (see below).

SCHOOL FACILITY PROGRAM

To view the status of a particular 50-04 project you must have the Project Number to make a "specific" project number query.

Project Number Definition (example):
50/64777-00-006 or 57/64777-00-006

50 = SFP New Construction or
51 = SFP Facility Hardship (New Construction) or
52 = SFP Joint Use or
53 = SFP Critically Overcrowded (Converted) or
54 = SFP Charter (Converted) or
57 = SFP Modernization or
58 = SFP Rehabilitation (Modernization)
64777 = Five-digit District Code
00 = Two-digit Attendance Area Code
006 = Project Number Assigned

LEASE-PURCHASE PROGRAM

To view the status of a particular project you must have the Project Number to make a "specific" project number query.

Project Number Definition (example):
22-64777-00-06 or 77-64777-00-06

22 = LPP New Construction or
77 = LPP Modernization
64777 = Five-digit District Code
00 = Two-digit Attendance Area Code
06 = Project Number Assigned

If you do not have the project number
you may search for a project by County.
